Adam is our youngest son, he has just turned 5. He was recently diagnosed with a pontine glioma (Brain stem tumour), this is inoperable and incurable. This blog is an account of his journey through various treatments, his progress and the happy times we share as a family.

I just found your site and would like to offer up my prayers for Adam. I am from the US and I lost my son to a DIPG in 2007. First off, let me tell how sorry I am that Adam has the tumor.
If you would like to see other kids who are battling this tumor, perhaps talk to other parents, please visit the website www.icouldbeyourchild.org. Click on "Other Kids" tab on the left and it will show other kids who are battling DIPG. There are a few that aren't DIPG, but most of them are. It has a lot of good resources and you can contact me or any of the other members of the site with any questions you may have. If we don't have the answers we will find them for you.
If I can help in any way, please don't hesitate to ask. I will pray every day for Adam's miracle as well as for Adam's families and friends.
With your permission, I would like to have Adam added to our site. This will allow many more people to be aware of Adam and offer up their prayers. I will totally understand if you don't think it's a good idea.
God Bless.

Gosh
How time flies by. I remember my own first day at primary and just how far away Bonnington was to walk from Linksview House!!!
I though all the boys looked gorgeous in their uniform but there is always something really special about your first day. I hope you weren't crying buckets
:-) :-)
